  Scott Quinn

  Chef

  Scott, an east coast native, is a classically trained chef who takes a thoughtful approach to cooking. An extremely passionate culinarian, Scott utilizes fresh, seasonal ingredients from California’s bounty to create delicious, flavorful meals. Scott credits his many years working for the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group for his epicurean knowledge and his appreciation for high quality ingredients. Scott’s star-studded culinary career includes extended stops at Bouchon in Las Vegas, starting as a Commis and working his way up to Executive Sous Chef, and Executive Chef positions at Bistro Bagatelle in West Hollywood, the Claremont Hotel in Berkeley, and most recently as Executive Chef for the past 6 years at Wayfare Tavern and Luna American Brasserie in San Francisco.

  Adam Lewin

  General Manager

  Adam was raised in the Bay Area, and born into a family with an extensive background in agriculture and gourmet foods. He has spent 25 plus years in the hospitality business, starting his career in the small Northern California town of Davenport, at the Cash Store Restaurant. After gaining experience in hotels and private dining in Santa Cruz and Sacramento, he moved back to the bay area in 2003. Adam has worked for some of San Francisco’s busiest and most prestigious restaurants, including Boulevard, Momo's and Fog Harbor Fish House. In 2011, Adam left San Francisco to live and work in Manhattan for 3 years, which he thinks is an experience that everyone should have, if given the chance. In the last 5 years he worked to find balance in his life and in doing so, he started a family. His wife, Jeannette, works in education and they had their first child, ‘Lulu’ in September 2020. The whole family are die-hard Notre Dame, Warriors and 49ers fans.

  Yaritza Benitez

  Sales and Event Manager

  Yaritza, a bay area native, has been a member of the Credo family since 2018. Yaritza graduated from San Francisco State University and has worked for some of our cities best restaurant companies, including the Michael Mina and Hi-Neighbor restaurant groups. She started with Credo as a host and quickly excelled, redefining what it meant to be the "first impression" of our restaurant. She honed her skills, working various positions in the front of house to learn the ins and outs of the Credo service experience. In 2020, she earned an opportunity to be the Private Dining Manager at The Vault Garden where she learned to execute special events at a high level. Luckily for us, we were able to welcome her back to the Credo team in 2022 as our Sales + Events Manager.
