We offer Counseling / Therapy to Individuals, Couples & Families. We treat Long / Short term issues like Relationships, Commitment, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Work Relations, Loss, Recovery, midlife crises, first child, singles, Creative (artists, writers, musicians etc), cross-cultural, ethnic, Spiritual etc. For the past 30 years, I have helped individuals and couples create new behaviors, healthier lifestyles and satisfying relationships. I am interactive -- focusing on current goals while keeping in perspective past strengths when handling life's hardships. I treat long and short term problems and have worked with many different populations and problems including: relationships, commitment, depression, anxiety, recovery, stress, work relations, midlife crises, first child, singles, creative (artists, writers, musicians etc), cross-cultural, ethnic and spiritual concerns. I have taught and supervised many different forms of doing psychotherapy and now have my own integrative active style. It is mostly talk therapy but I also do EMDR & SANDTRAY and MEDITATION for stress if indicated.
